There is no doubt in my mind the price is being controlled.
VWAP for the last month is close enough to 27 cents. 50% premium for 40cent offer.
It would be great to see the results of the mining studies to be able to get a handle on AAG's value because if they have a reasonable cash cost there really is no rush for AAG to look for a change of control transaction.
