Just some mad rambling, I'd say any POTENTIAL bid would be priced at roughly a 40% premium to the 30 day VWAP, which if they manipulate to 28c, gives an indicative bid in the region of 40c per share
Too low for me, but given a revised bid or two, we might see 50c as a final bid
