You are correct in your assumptions. Issued capital $68 mill, Halcon drilling commitment $60 mill, no longer just an exploration company but an actual producer. Break up value should be in the 10's of millions at least and if oil rises to $80 a barrell, company worth significantly more. Day traders have affected this share price adversely. Smart money will be patient, buy and hold, wait for some positive news going forward and probably this company will end up a takeover target.
