Wilef you are correct in suggesting that JMB was the perfect vehicle to inject primary opinion into.
You are also correct in suggesting that this approach allows management to get their fair exposure to the upside that the asset brings. Remember, management have had to pay from their own pockets to own shares in this company.
Directors have loaded up, a very promising asset has been vended in, shareholders have been invited to join in the party.
The stock is valued at next to nothing. If you can't see the huge value here then there's no helping you unfortunately.
