Im confused, data from http://www.asx.com.au/data/shortsell.txt...

Im confused, data from http://www.asx.com.au/data/shortsell.txt shows the following
TFC TFS CORPORATION LIMITED FPO 241,256 343,012,536 .07
I was under the understanding that that first number, Reported Gross Short Sales, 241,256 was the number of shorts outstanding as of the open on 25/02.  So how do you get 30million ?   I check that link daily and it may well have been as high as 30million recently, but its been coming down all last week, or am i misunderstanding that list as posted via asx?  I was believing they have been closing thier positions for two week's or so, going by the above link, so if im wrong, someone please explain what ive got wrong
