maybe so deltatrader but big players would be alerted to any price sensitive announcement, would have plenty of time to remove orders in the event of poor news.
the best way to slowly accumulate at this level is to make it appear that the stock is not in demand, ie relatively low buy side.
imho, there is great interest out there behind the scenes in this stock, no prizes for guessing why.
