Back to Tasker making moves on Peter Landua. Okap corp manage this along with the above and other companies (in admin)
Tasker was part of the Okap PR team for many years. You say that PPR had to go to court to force OKAP to pay them. This is the Okap that are to runs the day to day here. The same ones that lead IGS to the shell it is today.
a/ If Tasker is making a move on Peter Landua. When the primary roll of Okap is to raise funds. Where does this leave IGS? They will need to raise a bare min of $1m plus at unknown dilution to even meet the ASX asset requirements?? WG option now expired!
b/ If Okap still corp manage this. Doesn't it give a clear warning to investors if their own PR company has to take court action just to get paid. All these companies raise and raised and raised and diluted and diluted as they did here. Yet can not even pay their PR guy??
What you seem to be suggesting is a huge management risk. But I don't think LT holders need you to point that out. They have suffered from it!
