For those that don't know. Dave Tasker has taken action in court on both Okap companies ARK (just delisted for not paying it's fees) and CTR.
I see a lot of parallels with ARK and IGS. ARK never relisted after the Consol and they could not meet the min ASX asset requirements.
IGS has now an expired Option.
For those that don't know the significance of the action of PPR against both ARK and CTR. PPR is Dave Tasker. The PR guy for many years of the Okap brand. Including BMZ. He is the Director of your "next Okap adventure" IGS. in which macca is a SI and trying to off load before the huge dilution and Consol. (imo)
So this court action is quite interesting by PPR. They are not only trying to recover money. They are in court to wind them up.
Both Okap stocks. Run by Okap out of the same office as BMZ, CTR, ARK, IGS, CCC, KAB and the company he is a Director of. IGS. All corp managed by Okap. Which includes paying the bills.
So the question has to be posed. If Okap have refused to pay PPR to the point that Tasker is not only going to court to recover outstanding monies. But is going to court to wind both of these Okap companies up.
Why wind up to recover costs if that is indeed the reason?
Why would Tasker remain a Director of aN Okap company if he has taken this action against them in two other Okap companies. He has been their PR guy for at least 6 years.
