Well both CTR and BMZ are trying to raise money for the next hair brain adventure. So that can only mean money from that to pay the outstanding amounts owed and not paid by the Corp management (Okap) not paying the bills. If they can raise that is.
ARK on the other hand is de listed. Which means no raising means no money. I'll look into if the delist means they have to re apply. Which means having to met the asset test. Which they can not!
Tasker and co most certainly will not be withdrawing the court date until paid as seen on the notices at BMZ and CTR.
The likelihood of both of them raising for their hair brain schemes is low in my option. Which means nothing resolved but a kicked can!
