Yeah, not a grain grower. Protein, moisture, fungus, there are many things that effect wheat quality. Once the wheat is planted, the price would have to be very low to make the decision not to harvest, or the yield be very low.
With iron ore, the weather has less effect.
If the market is not profitable, don’t extract the ore.
I think the biggest problem with this stock and GRR, is the Chinese ownership portion of shares.
Unlikely to loose the house on this stock.
