You get my drift. I can grow wheat in a heated/lit greenhouse in the Antarctic if I want to. Cant produce HG iron like that. Whens the last time you looked to see how much protein was in the flour you buy? OK, you might be a wheat farmer and have an interest, but most people don't.
Anyway, belabouring the point. MGX will do OK as long as the new sea wall holds!
