Margin Loan, page-2

From memory a poster on the cdu thread maxw,was looking at a legal case surrounding his/her margin loan,and its demise.
Perhaps ask him/her directly as to how he/her has gotten on.
I used to operate a margin loan account with comsec,before there was shorting,I found as long as the account had the money or stock collateral ,it didn't matter what the stock was,perhaps things have changed in the meantime.
If it were me,I wouldn't announce the fact that I was trading using a margin loan, good luck in your endeavors.
