I believe any significant news regarding plant JV and Marg NPV will really wake the big investors up. I know for a fact that are many counter-cyclical investors in this market waiting for the right stock to buy. Any positive announcements can trigger a buying storm.

Furthermore, traders may be attracted by increased volume and push this quite quickly to the unfilled gap of 8 - 10c. I believe once 4.3c gets wiped past then the ride to 8 - 10c will be very quick and very swift.
