It has been painfully slow, but Paul has done a great job to get us to this point. We have a solid foundation and I expect that once the deals are finalised we will have a re-rating that will more than make up for the disappointment of the past few years. The buying last month is an indication of how quickly this will move once the Hong Kong money comes in. Some stale holders will be flushed out but after that I think our patience will be rewarded.
