march quarterly out

The March quarterly released this morning.
Not worth the time reading it.
Not a thing is happening, still awaiting MPSA for Romblon, it would be nice to know just what the company has done to find out why this has not been finalised by now!
Surely some representation by Pelican to the Minister concerned should be by now a matter of urgency.
All other projects are exactly the same position as indicated in their previous quarterly report.
The problem with my investment in Pelican is no one wants to buy them so i am stuck in a hard place with no where to go.
Surely the lack in trading is of concern by now to management.
How about some B***** action!!!
