No. You’re good. It wasn’t in relation to anyone’s post in particular, but it kinda does in a way.

Dont get me wrong. Encouraging biodistricution is nice, but it doesn’t move us any great lengths forward than we already are... unless there’s some other data or clear implication as a result of them.

So my opinion is that Sheep data isn’t going to nearly come close to in-human efficacy that I personally believe is the real determinator.

Seanl, you’re not completely wrong. We had what seemed to be positive indicators that biodistribution meant we were likely going to see efficacy, and that was not the case.

I hope I’m not being too much of a Debbie downer, but rather seeing things a little more balanced.

Lawrence seems to forget that positive preclinical results didn’t get us anywhere with tt-034, and we will have no more data on the 29th than we did back then to “validate our tech”, unless something else is revealed then.

Time will tell.
