Valid point Birdman, they are an important partner for Nearmap.
I have never really looked into them, but a quick glance is interesting:
- The firm has 3,800 employees globally
- Is privately held by its founders
- In 2006, revenues were about $660 million
- In 2016 Esri's annual revenues were $1.1 Billion, from 300,000 customers ($4000/customer/year).
