I think the Spookfish acquisition makes NEA more valuable on the open market, particularly to anyone that isn't Eagleview, but would like to access the market leading technology in this space.

Whether it be a Google, or a 3D mapping company, Nearmap has the technology to create near perfect models of the living world (3D models) down to the smallest of margins.

If you think that is only worth the revenue they are currently generating, then I think you need to expand your thinking.
