Thats the key isnt? At the moment, but what is?
Taking away Macquarie Bank for the minute, airports have a pure competitive moat that is untouchable. It has the pricing power to be able to charge whatever it wants (powerful pricing power) and as long as humans will cross borders - those owning well placed airports (i.e. Sydney) will win long term.
A good business is determined by its pricing power ability. The other is the managerial side.....Just what make with that invisible hand - Macquarie Bank.....
