The JV applications over the expired Nifty leases have a significant chance of success IMO. Of course this isnt reflected in the current MDS share price. Their 100% owned Patterson leases are similarly overlooked.

Current prices are a steal in this current market, which has seen many specs with diddlysquat have some serious runs. MDS has to draw the markets attention at some point.
