With AF and TW, four board directors have left since 2006, one more or less on his decision, the others were obviously "resigned" by the shareholders.
A company can easily recover from a bloodbath at a board. (some boards have been totally replaced and no one ever noticed). I am more concerned about the haemorrhage on the employee side.
EGL has a serious problem of credibility. The new board will have to regain it with the investors as well as with it's own employees.
