I played in a pub band.

During the first set, people would be politely standing around the edges of the room, listening and sipping their first beverages of the evening. Some path forgers (possibly early starters to their first beverages) would chance the dance floor while others watched, then wander off to leave tumble weed in the centre again. Towards the end of this set you could feel a collective urge to get up and dance but everyone would wait for others to take the first move. Sometimes this would happen by the end of the first set, sometimes at the start of the second. But the critical mass always happened at some point. And then it was on. From then on it was all partying all the way and rolling momentum.

To me this is exactly what the FTT rerating feels like right now. A relatively quiet dance floor yes, but plenty standing around wanting to jump in and go nuts. Will the critical mass occur during this set or in the next one? Who can say, but guaranteed the rerate is coming and it will have momentum when it does.
