Can anyone remember when BPT took a placement in SEA at 13c (...

Can anyone remember when BPT took a placement in SEA at 13c ( i.e at a premium to its price at the time) and the price fell soon afterwards to 10c* and eventually Beach sold most of their shares (apparently with the full prior knowledge/agreement of SEA) at 75c? DID BPT take a board seat at SEA ? anyone remember?

*{ at the time I felt like a lucky genius ... bought a lot at 13 then 10 and sold the whole lot at 16)
