BPT can just shelf ADE now for a long time knowing that no one else can buy that stake, wait till the rest of the money runs out then clean up the mess.
Good to get some capital but at what future cost? I only have some Super money in it so its no biggie but id be kinda pissed at managment for giving this away to the predator for 16.5 cents?
