After reading yesterday's announcement again I am in agreement with a few of the posters on here in that reading between the lines would indicate that there is no problem with the manufacturing contract. A reputable company like Therapex would not spend time and money on "capital improvement programs" for Artimist without doing due diligence and being close to 100% certain that they would be the main (only?) supplier.
Expect EMS to consolidate in the mid 3s and move up from here on further announcements. Everybody will be happy if management can get the oppies in the money before 31 December, so I expect management to be very proactive in the coming weeks and the SP to move up in sync with announcements.
