    I have no doubt all shareholders would love to see an unequivocal statement from the company stating that the rights have been returned, and IMO this will happen.

    I just dont have a sense of timing.

    What I can assure you is that the company would be working towards this occuring sooner rather than later.

    All EMS can do is control the controllables and they are doing that very well atm.
