Gday writer I couldnt agree with you more.
The announcement reads that Therapex are responsible for the capital improvement programs (ie they are funding the plant upgrade costs), so you wouldnt expect them to do this without undertaking their own DD as to EMS's ultimate ability to task Therapex with producing Artimist.
Yes sure this could involve the 10m batches that EMS are entitled to regardless of BP, but as I posted earlier, IMO EMS and Therapex both view this deal for the entire lot.
Orabanda yes it would be great if things could be clearer but EMS would be shooting themselves in the foot announcing things before they are finalised and potentially putting the administrator of BP off-side.
It is left to people to make judgements using any information they can find and hope that they are on the right track.
Time will tell.
IMO EMS are talking with positivity and certainty which is the first time they have done so for years.
