I disagree jacktrader. It is not clear at all. If it was, the share price would have rocketed today. I reckon that if the Berlin Pharma issue was cleared up they would have referred to it in the announcement today. Yes, it is good to see that EMS has organized some interim manufacturing and good to see at least some of the 3.5s offered for sale being picked off, but this will be just the start of it once the manufacturing rights are returned to EMS.
