Would it be better to get the company to a point where its making a profit and issuing divs - much better than a TO.
But we all know what will happen - once SUDA starts making a profit someone will coming in and take it over - management will recommend shareholders accept the TO offer.
Had they been able to do one or two deal with a decent upfront payment then things would be very different.
But once they had accepted the small up front payments from TEVA and Eddingpharm then all chance of getting a decent upfront was washed out the door.
Now we see the upfront payments for the last two deals getting even smaller - SC has a lot to answer for
