With the likes of Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk and Richard Branson heavily involved it may not require "tax payer funds". I'm all for space exploration and expanding our horizons in space. Those against it in my opinion lack immagination and have a rather narrow view of our place in the universe. We should be bolder and go with our natural instincts to chase knowledge and understand our universe.
