    You should understand the DOJ (despite Trump trying to politcize and control it), is an independent body. It decides whether there is a prima facie case to prosecute - that include prosecuting Manafort - its Not you, I or Donald Trump who make that decision.

    Maybe you should enrol in a few classes of law, to understand what it means.
