The Justice Department (whether State of Federal) does not prosecute a criminal unless there is overwhelming evidence. This is because they Have to Prove "Beyond Any Reasonable Doubt" in a court of Law. Its not like a civil case, where you ONLY have to get 51% on your side to win.
Bottom line, if there is NO CRIME, they can not prosecute!!!
And its up to the jury to decide whether to convict - not you, I, Donald Trump or the judge.
Furthermore, they are talking about sending criminals to jail, rather giving them a FREE PASS via a Presidential Pardon.
Yes, that means criminals who get convicted by a jury, goes to JAIL, rather than spend their time in luxury.
Isn't that what JUSTICE is all about?
Are you saying if you have a President on your side, and you get convicted of a crime, and you get a pardoned - you can go FREE?!?
That is like saying "Some are Above the Law", no?!?
