IMO this is a buy when it pops back over 8c, with confirmations at 10c and a "sure thing" at 12.5c. But then, why wait till then, they're mining platinum, one of the rarest and most strategic metals on the planet, and soon to become the most valuable again. And they've probably got their act together finally. If it was good enough for Soros at 90c it's probably a great buy at a 12th of the price he paid a little while ago...
