Seems obvious that we have a share that does very little volume for ages and then magically it does nearly 500,000 all at same price of 27.5
It would be done to try and scare a few into selling. The cap at 30 cents is also an attempt to get some volume under it.
Obviously all IMO.
Id imagine also done due to some upcoming milestones or announcements.
Seen it many times, Id expect 30 sell bids to be pulled and a run up through the 30 cent region this quarter.
