Wow, what a company, looks like they needed cash and decided to talk to a cashed up individual who was able to give them $750k. I think the conversation went like this.

Hi Mr X, can you give us $750k and we will give you 21428571 shares and if you hold them a week you can potentially turn that into over $1m when we make an announcement. Mr X says lets do it, what is your cut. Mr COY says give me 20% of the profit and we will skin all the share holders.

They are probably having lunch, drinking champagne and exchanging brown paper bags as we speak.
