    Too bad GMC don't actually own any manganese reserves or resources.

    Too bad they don't have a commissioned smelter

    Too bad they don't have enough cash to complete construction.

    But yes, they are called Gulf Manganese, and their name contains the word manganese in it.

    This would be like purchasing Apple shares because there is growing demand for apples.
