Good buying volume, it will most likely continue as we close in on the Financial Report due later in the month.
The fact that debt is dropping so quickly will definitely help put OMH on investors radar.
OMH has done a great job of reducing debt so far. Only late last year when it was announced that loan restructuring had been completed, now only 8 months later and the entire loan of US66.6 million (AUD$90.5 million) has been repaid and the facility cancelled.
"The loan restructuring has been successfully completed and executed on 23 October 2017.
The outstanding loans that are subject to the restructuring as at the effective date amounted to US$66.6 million. The loans will be repaid over a 5 year period, based on a quarterly instalment repayment of 2.5% p.a. of the outstanding loans, and a final repayment of the balance outstanding by 30 September 2022."
This could pave the way to a modest dividend being paid, just imagine if a divi of 1 or 2 cents was paid, although I don't expect one this time, but at the final 2018 year reporting in Feb 2019, I'm hoping its a serious possibility.
