2	At the end of last week, Eramet Comilog contracted Gabonese manganese ore for China as July shipment at a raised price. The price of manganese lump ore with Mn being 45% is US$6.85/dmtu per 1% of Mn (up by US$0.15 from June shipment), and the price of fine ore with Mn being 43% is US$6.55 (up by US$0.15 ditto).Since the demand for imported manganese ore goes up in the Chinese domestic market, the retail price is rising, whose influence is also reflected in the price negotiation with import traders.Tshipi mine in South Africa just last week made a contract at US$6.20, down by US$0.55 from June shipment.
