2	South32, a subsidiary of BHP Billiton Limited (BHPB) this time submitted a price of manganese ore meant for China as July shipment at a raised price.The price of Australian manganese ore lump with Mn being 46% (GEMCO grade) is US$7.10/dmtu per 1% of Mn (up by US$0.40 from June shipment) and the one of fine ore with Mn being 48% is US$6.83/dmtu (up by US$0.39 ditto). The mood even for import trading firms in China to accept a price increase seems to become strong for the reasons as follows: (1) Price of silico manganese in China continues rising since entering June, (2) Retail price of imported manganese ore continues rising, (3) Last week, Eramet Comilog made a contract for July shipment at a price being up from the prior month and (4) Port stock as of the end of last week was about 2.7 million tons, which remains almost unchanged.
