EMC was engaged to install 100kW of grid-connected solar PV at the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre.
The system is supported by EMC’s remote monitoring platform to allow real-time system diagnostics. The system also meets Western Power’s grid connection requirements by integrating EMC’s internally developed, reverse power protection system to prevent the system feeding power into the grid. EMC’s engineering team optimised the system layout using shading analysis to provide panel layouts to suit the complex roof geometry at the site whilst minimising panel shading. EMC’s site team installed all panels in just two days to limit impact on the Performing Arts Centre’s operations
