The new MD has certainly done his best to quell expectations and to communicate a company in recalibration mode.
An under promise and over deliver strategy should work given the quality of the asset.
However HXG is in desperate need of a short term confidence boost.
Charles Whitfield joined 8 months ago and spent some $700k of his own coin buying shares on market which helped push the shares to 30c. New MD currently has no shares and should give the stock a vote of confidence with an on market purchase before being issued with any freebies.
