The critical question here is how much money is left in the coffers after 11 mil dollars raised 6 months ago?

The company keep saying turnaround in project, but so far shareholder been only updated with 1 minor contract win and one dispute with TDK.

Bottom line, more needs to keep flow thru the pipeline or NOD is deep under the water. Another round of CR will see the SP heavily discounted to perhaps sub 9 or mid 8 given the current credit conditions.

The worse part will be seeing the more significant dilution of register towards half a billion share if the company is seeking the amount of $$ just to survive thru the second half. Just my opinion.
