That's exactly right. Rob is a good exploration geologist, not a business person in terms of developing mines. That's why last year and early this year I really want SBM to make a T/O offer. That's in the best of PEX holders. But several posters were saying HHM and the associates will reject offers. If they (or other holders) reject offers they need to guarantee Rob's team can get finance and develop mines.
I even posted may be PEX should sell T1.
