I think the management and board of Covata is one of the significant advantages Covata has to make a successful move from Start-Up to listed company and finally to prosperous company. TT knows all the technical aspects of the Cyber Security space and has positioned Covata to take advantage of the booming Cyber Security market.

The Covata Board is made up of heavy hitters in the tech space, Philip King, Phillip Dunkelberger (CEO of Nok Nok Labs) and Joseph Miller.

Then Covata is well supported by its main shareholders, all of who appear to be well respected, including TPG and Fidelity. Impressively, they appear to have all held there shareholding tight having taken a long term investment view. Although, like us, the long term view may have been a little longer than we had all hoped for back at the beginning of 2015.
