I am looking at taking a position in ORS on any market weakness (overall market downturn).
On the surface it seems like a reasonable opportunity ........ Minimal shares on issue, low MC, tight register, near term producer with further growth potential. Cash seems well budgeted as per recent presentation.
The only thing I am struggling with is management history. I have googled the chairman and it seems he is more of an investor with **relatively** less experience in the industry as compared with other miners.
The MD seems to have a more extensive industry background although it seems that he may have worked for the Chairman in a past life.
Not casting negative dispersions on either, just putting it out there in the hope that someone more knowledgable can offer factual feedback on the team
History has taught me that the best company can be brought down by poor management, so from my perspective it it the key driver in my investment decisions.
