This deal is cemented in yet, reading the posts a lot of shareholders are unhappy, if they actually take the time to vote then they might make a difference. The largest SH will have to abstain so it leaves everyone else. The traders would have moved on as this wont fluctuate anymore. So who will actually take the time and vote no. GDO got screwed by a pathetic take over offer and SH did nothing but winged instead of voting.

Lets see if there is more voting than winging.
