Re your observation of the lack of communications, corporate image and professionalism etiquette.
I'm pleased you said that. I didn't go to this years AGM but did so in 2013, and admit that while sitting there it had a feel more akin to an Old Boy's school gathering or the Rugger Boys reunion. Had a bit of an in-club feel to it, not like the AGMs I've been to over the past few years.
So, as you say, if the changes bring about a more professional approach it can only be on the plus side of the ledger.
Did think about selling after the 2013 AGM and regretted not doing so ever since.
