I am not aware of sunset date on the mining approval but I believe mine life is something like 12 years.
Current uranium price does not justify any action. Sensible to wait.
TOE needs to hunker down and conserve cost till uranium price recovery is sustained. I believe that will be around 2020 but if you are an optimist then the market might not wait till supply defecit actually hits to raise prices.
