The Directors do not own any shares, nor are they involved in the day to day running of the Company,they are puppets.
If you look closely you will find the Registered office is in the offices of Kalgoorlie Mine Management, this same company is the second largest shareholder with 49,668,000 which were all acquired off market for a pittance and I bet the " Management" Agreement is with KMM. Does this now make you rethink your comments ?
