In terms of management, "Dedicated Management" turns any project in success. All matters of what are their priorities. Look at PEN, two guys(Gus and Anthony) have turned a penny dreadful into a real company with real assets.

How many projects they have executed successfully from Exploration Stage to Decision to Mine to Production in last 13 years ?. That will give you lots of answer. Remember they were a mining company before moving into IT.

CV does not looks impressive ?.

My view changed totally when they declared three days later that "No drilling".

That news should have come before deadline(18th April). It does not send good impression to the market.
